Prohuman is recruiting, for one of its clients in the manufacturing industry, an Automation Technician . We are looking for a technical professional to ensure the safe and continuous operation of automation equipment and systems within a modern industrial facility.
Responsibilities:
- You will play an essential role in maintaining and optimizing production equipment, through diagnostics, calibration, maintenance and interventions on automation, electrical and control systems.
- Ensuring reliable operation of automation, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment;
- Diagnosing and fixing faults;
- Testing and calibration of measuring instruments and automation loops;
- Software and hardware interventions on PLCs;
- Preventive and corrective maintenance according to the maintenance plan;
- Thermal scanning of electrical installations and reporting;
- Participation in the installation, modernization and commissioning of equipment;
- Updating electrical schematics, diagrams and work instructions;
- Analysis of the causes of failures and proposal of improvement solutions;
- Compliance with OSH, PSI requirements and 5S standards.
Requirements:
- Technical studies (electromechanical, electrical or automation);
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance;
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and logic diagrams;
- PC knowledge;
- Romanian language – fluent; English is an advantage;
- Good organizational and communication skills.
