Job description: SANITARY INSTALLATIONS ENGINEER
We are looking for a Sanitary Installations Engineer colleague, passionate about high-performance technical solutions and quality implementations, to join our team in the field of construction, energy and integrated technical services.
The role involves both design and technical verification activities, as well as coordinating the execution of sanitary, thermal and water-sewage installations within our projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinates the execution and installation activities for sanitary, thermal and ventilation installations related to the company’s projects;
- Monitors compliance with the technical project, regulations and quality standards during execution;
- Collaborates with teams of architects, designers, construction engineers and beneficiaries to integrate technical solutions;
- Supervises the activity of subcontractors and verifies the alignment of the works with technical and environmental requirements;
- Prepares and monitors work reports, estimates, receipt sheets and technical reports;
- Checks technical documentation and provides support in developing detailed solutions;
- Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on the construction site;
- Participates in intermediate and final acceptances of installation works;
- Proposes optimization solutions from a technical and economic point of view for designed or under construction facilities;
- Stays connected to technological and regulatory developments in the field (ISCIR, I7, P118, etc.)
Requirement
- Completed higher education in the field of Construction Installations / Installation Engineering / Energy;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the design or execution of sanitary installations (in civil or industrial construction);
- Good knowledge of technical regulations and legislation applicable to the field;
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans, diagrams and execution details;
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, preferably also Revit / Project / Estimates;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills of field teams;
- Responsibility, attention to detail, orientation towards quality and results;
- Category B permit – availability to travel to the construction site;
- Knowledge of English – intermediate level (for technical documentation and collaboration with external partners).
